The journey of the steward leader is the path of discipleship, obedience, discovery, adventure, service, and joy. It is the way of freedom and the way of the cross. It is the journey of every follower of Jesus called to lead.

It is on this journey that we experience deeper levels of surrender, increased intimacy with Christ, clearer identity, more robust faith and greater passion to serve. It is the path upon which we become the image bearers of Christ in our world.

Our driving motivation is to equip and inspire Christian leaders for this journey of the faithfulness. And through it to be set free to lead.

Set Free to Lead is a nine-part cohort journey that walks participants through the process of starting on their own steward leader journey. Cohorts are led by trained Cohort Leaders who have themselves experienced the freedom of the steward leader. If you have had had such an experience, we invite you to steward what God has done in your life by becoming a Cohort Leader. Imagine walking with a group of peers through the same process through which you have found freedom and contentment.
