Set Free to Lead is a nine-part cohort program I lead through the Center for Steward Leader Studies also the title of one of my books. Over 50 days, participants walk a guided journey through four areas of life: our relationship with God, with ourselves, with our neighbor, and with creation. Cohorts are led by trained Cohort Leaders who’ve walked the journey themselves.
For over thirty years, I’ve walked alongside pastors, seminary presidents, and nonprofit leaders as they wrestle with one question: are we owners of what God has entrusted to us, or stewards of it? That question has shaped my writing, my consulting, and every board table I’ve sat at.
As founder of Rodin Consulting and author of eleven books translated into nine languages, I help Christian organisations build strategy, governance, and generosity on a biblical foundation — not borrowed corporate models. My work has taken me across five continents, but it always comes back to the same conviction: leadership is stewardship.
